Si Satchanalai BMX Race Track

(Cycling, Si Satchanalai )
The Si Satchanalai BMX Race Track was officially inaugurated on July 27, 2014, under the name "BMX Race Track in Honor of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, and All Royal Family Members." This track, which spans 370 meters and complies with international standards, hosted the 2014 Thailand Cycling Championship as its inaugural event. It was also chosen by the Cycling Association of Thailand to organize the "BMX Thailand Open 2014," a world-class competition. Additionally, it serves as a training facility for national athletes such as Amanda Carr (Olympain, Asian Games Gold, Thai Nation Champ) and Ms. Duangkamon Thongmee (CK Racing Thailand), who honed their skills on the track before representing Thailand at the Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea, where Amanda Carr secured a gold medal for Thailand.

The track also aims to engage and encourage the youth interested in BMX cycling through regular monthly mini-racing events, conducted 12 times a year on the first Saturday of every month. These events provide young enthusiasts with opportunities to participate in monthly competitions, accumulate points, and receive encouragement for their training efforts prior to the establishment of a formal team. It acts as a vital training ground for aspiring young BMX cyclists
