From past to present, revisiting the glorious history of the Sukhothai Kingdom in the reign of the Phra Ruang dynasty creating the cultural heritage from generation to generation, and it has been preserved in Siam under Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism Administration (Public Organization) or DASTA with community and partners in the area by focusing on community participation and benefiting from being a World Heritage City, to create a community of happiness and income along with a better quality of life. When people in the community see the benefits of being a World Heritage Site, they will see value to be maintained and preserved, including ancient sites, cultures and traditions, and their identities. That is the origin of "Edible World Heritage".
